Recently Jean had the opportunity to bring to the Twin Cities Human Resources Association a fresh look at individual talents and the StrengthsFinder assessment. The focus of the interactive presentation was to reacquainted the attendees with the foundation of the Strengths philosophy and to elevate their understanding as to how strengths based tools assist in identifying creative talents.

More than 50 people were in attendance that morning from a variety of organizations. The conversations were engaging and the questions insightful. Attendees cane away with a series of tools they can take back to their office that will help unpack the creative talents for each individual on their team.
